Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing quality control system in the nursing process of department of cardiology. Methods The nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients in 2015 and 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing quality control system was not performed in 2015 and the comprehensive nursing quality control system was performed in 2016. Results The scores of first-aid material quality management, inpatient ward management quality, nursing checkup system quality evaluation criteria, nursing document quality evaluation criteria, safe medication quality management evaluation, transfusion quality management, wound/pressure sore quality management, falling/dropping quality management, clinical "critical value" reporting system evaluation criteria, intravenous therapy nursing safety management quality evaluation criteria and high quality nursing service quality in 2015 were significantly lower than those in 2016.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).In addition, the satisfaction degree of nursing of patients in 2015 was significantly lower than that in 2016.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the cardiology department, the nursing quality control system can remarkably improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of nursing of patients.It can not only standardize and supervise the nurses' work, but also effectively reduce the nurse-patient conflicts in department of cardiology.关键词
