Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing path intervention in patients with cerebral stroke. Methods Sixty-two patients with cerebral stroke who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group.31 patients in the control group were given routine nursing while 31 patients in the study group were given pre-hospital Emergency nursing path intervention.Clinical indicators, adverse events, satisfaction scores of head nurses and doctors, satisfaction degree of patients and quality of life score of patients in two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the length of prehospital emergency treatment, length of occurrence to hospitalization, hospital stay and medical expenses (P < 0.05).The incidence of complaints and disability in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of medical disputes and death between the two groups (P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the satisfaction score of head nurses and doctors before intervention between the two groups (P> 0.05).After intervention, the satisfaction scores of head nurses and doctors in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly 90.32％, higher than that of the control group 67.74％ (P < 0.05).Scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of pre-hospital emergency nursing path intervention in patients with cerebral stroke can significantly shorten the emergency time of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
