Abstract
Objective To explore the effect evaluation of pertinent nursing for patients with alcoholism in department of emergency. Methods 62 patients with alcoholism who were treated in department of emergency of our hospital from February2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group was given pertinent nursing at basis of routine nursing.The curative effect and compliance of patients in two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the obvious effective rate of the experimental group was 93.55％, higher than that of the control group 67.74％.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in treatment and nursing compliance before nursing between the two groups (P> 0.05).After intervention, the compliance rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.32％, higher than that of the control group 70.97％.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the experimental group was 87.10％, higher than that of the control group 64.52％, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pertinent nursing is conducive to improving the curative effect and compliance of patients with alcoholism, which is worthy promoting.关键词
