Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing measures to improve compliance of children with aerosol inhalation in outpatient department. Methods 360 children who were treated with aerosol inhalation in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly selected. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 180 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing measures while the observation group was given high quality nursing measures. Compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44％ and that of the control group was 77.78％. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=20.903, P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing during the treatment process of aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the compliance of the children, ensure the effect of the treatment and help the children to recover as soon as possible.关键词
