Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the nursing effect of holistic nursing intervention by stages in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 70 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research objects.On the basis of informed consent of the patients and their families, patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method.All patients were given a certain drug treatment.On the basis of such treatment, patients in the control groupwere given routine nursing intervention while patients inthe study groupwere givenholistic nursing intervention by stages.Effect of nursing intervention between the two groups was compared. Results On the basis of drug treatment, HAMA score after nursing of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group when nursing effects of two different nursing methods were compared.Meanwhile, NORS score of patients in the study was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the patients with chronic schizophrenia, holistic nursing intervention by stages on basis of the conventional symptomatic treatmentcan effectivelyimprove patient's psychological states, promote the rehabilitation of the patients, which has a remarkableapplication effect.关键词
