Abstract
Objective To explore drug treatment compliance and self-efficacy of hypertension patients in community. Methods One hundred hypertensive patients in our community from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on their drug treatment compliance and self-efficacy. Results There were35 patients with good treatment compliance, 65 patients with non-compliance, 21 patients with good drug compliance, 14 patients with good non-drug compliance, and 14 patients with good and bad treatment compliance (P < 0.05) ;there was no significant difference in self-efficacy score between patients with good drug compliance and patients with good non-drug compliance (P> 0.05).Patients with non-compliance had good drug compliance and non-drug compliance (P> 0.05).The scores of patients with good compliance were significantly different (P < 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of self-efficacy, promoting factors and obstacle factors were negatively correlated with the scores of drug compliance (r values were-0.511, -0.571 and-0.496, P < 0.01). Conclusion Self-efficacy can better improve patients' treatment compliance. When treating hypertension patients in community, medical staff can use this point scientifically and reasonably to improve patients' treatment compliance and improve treatment effect.关键词
