Abstract
Cerebral hemorrhage is a common disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage often have symptoms of fever, causing increased cerebral blood flow, cerebral oxygen metabolism, and intracranial pressure.In addition, it possibly damages their neurons, which causes certain damage to the brain, poses serious harm to the health andthreatens the life safety of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.In this paper, the medication and treatment process of a critically ill patient with fever after cerebral hemorrhage was retrospectively analyzed.This patient was transferred to the intensive care unit on January 19, 2018.After admission, he was given symptomatic treatments such as anti-infection, stomach protection, expellingphlegm, relieving cough, relieving asthma, brain protection, blood pressure reduction, enteral nutrition and ventricular drainage.The patient began to have fever on January 20, 2018 and continued to receive physical cooling treatment until January 28, 2018 when his body temperature returned to normal.This paper mainly discusses the possible causes of persistent fever in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the problem of drug selection, and analyzes the effect and value of clinical pharmacists' participation in the clinical treatment of persistent feverof patients with cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
