硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid injection in treatment of peripheral neuropathy of type Ⅱ diabetes. METHODS: 104 patients with peripheral neuropathy of type Ⅱ diabetes admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital from Jun. 2016 to Feb. 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table, with 52 cases in each. The control group was given conventional therapy, the observation group was given lipoic acid injection combined with conventional therapy. Differences in clinical efficacy and nerve conduction velocity between two groups were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 94.2％ (49/52), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.7％, 43/52), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); after treatment, the average nerve conduction velocity of observation group was (50±2) m/s, which was significantly better than that of the control group [ (42±2) m/s], with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of lipoic acid injection in treatment of peripheral neuropathy of type Ⅱ diabetes is remarkable, which can improve patients' nerve conduction velocity.关键词
