Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy in treatment of local recurrence of advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS: 80 patients with local recurrence of advanced NSCLC admitted into People's Hospital of Hubei Luotian County from Feb. 2016 to Sept. 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatments, with 40 cases in each. The control group was given three dimensional conformal radiation therapy, while the observation group was given three dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy for synchronizing treatment. The survival rates and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: At the follow-up pf 6 month and 1 year, the survival rates of observation group were respectively 82.50％ (33/40) and 62.50％ (25/40), which were significantly higher than those of the control group (57.50％, 23/40; 30.00％, 12/40), with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 10.00％ (4/40), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.00％, 12/40), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and synchronous chemotherapy in treatment of local recurrence of NSCLC can improve patients' survival rates, with few adverse drug reactions.关键词
