Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. METHODS: 132 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted into Songzi People's Hospital from Dec. 2015 to Oct. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 66 cases in each. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone, while the observation group was given magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, 24 h urine protein content, clinical efficacy and delivery outcome of both groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and 24 h urine protein content of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was 96.97％ (64/66), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.36％, 57/66), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); the rate of adverse outcome of delivery of observation group was 6.06％ (4/66), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (15.15％, 10/66), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is remarkable, which can improve patients' delivery outcome.关键词
