Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision surgery in the First Hospital of Quanzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"). METHODS: The retrospective investigation method was used to analyze the rationality of perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision surgery from Jan. to Jun. 2018. RESULTS: From Jan. to Jun. 2018, there were 7 496 cases of type Ⅰ incision surgery, of which 1 579 were perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics, and the prophylactic use rate of antibiotics was 21.06％. Of the 1 579 cases of prophylactic use of antibiotics, there were 97 cases of irrational use of drugs, and the rational rate was 93.86％. The types of irrational drugs mainly included improper drug selection, improper administration time, no indications and improper treatment course, etc. CONCLUSIONS: The perioperative prophylactic use of drugs for type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still some problems, and further standardization management is needed to improve the rational use of drugs.关键词
