Abstract
In order to make full play of leverage role of the market mechanism especially the pricing system and understand the water price reform situation, an investigation group was formed by the Hubei Provincial Water Resources Department to study the situation of water pricing reform of Zhanghe Reservoir Project. It is found that the current water tariff was relatively low and the approval system and methodologies are needed to be improved. It is recommended to revise the water price approval system and incorporate the charge of agricultural water supply with collection of other charges and increase the level of tariff of non-agricultural water supply.关键词
