Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems in the construction of lake protection systems in Hubei Province such as the lack of support of national laws and regulations, the uncoordinated management system, the unsound protection mechanism, and the uncoordinated management system. In view of these existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as formulating national laws and regulations on lake management, optimizing management system, constructing benignity operational mechanism and promoting public participation system. It is of great significance to perfect the regulations and mechanism of lake management and promote lake management and protection in Hubei Province.关键词
