Abstract
Under the requirements of full implementation of river chief system, Tianjin Municipality has created the standing books of "one river (lake), one file". It helps to collect and verify the basic and dynamic information of rivers and lakes at city, district, township and village levels. The paper makes an introduction on the formation of Working Plan of "One River (lake), One File" in Tianjin Municipality, creation of standing books, technical training, quality inspection and data approval. Problems and challenges encountered during data collection are studies so as to find out solutions for long-term support to river chief system with concrete database.关键词
