摘要

Abstract

The river chief system of Anhui province is an intelligent information system with unique Anhui characteristics centering on the theme of "decision supporting". The system is designed under the unified standard of national river chief system construction guidance scheme. In accordance with the design concept of automation and intelligence, this system will be developed to support the decisions and serve businesses of river chiefs in the province. Based on the "Internet + ", artificial intelligence technology and other advanced technologies, the data is integrated and shared in vertically and horizontally methods. Additionally, five sets of platform will be made to meet the application requirements of different users, which is helpful for promoting the development of the river chief system in Anhui province.
