生态水利内涵与水土保持的关系
Discussions on the relationship between soil and water conservation and ecological water conservancy
摘要
Abstract
Ecological water conservancy is the inevitable trend of the development of water conservancy. Through the exploration and practice of ecological water conservancy in the past ten years, ecological water conservancy has gradually been concerned, well known and heartily discussed. On the basis of summing up the existing connotation of ecological water conservancy and combining with the development requirements of the new era, the paper tries to expand the connotation of ecological water conservancy and probes into the relationship between soil and water conservation and ecological water conservancy. It is pointed out that soil and water conservation is an important guarantee of ecological water conservancy, which is embodied in the fact that it is an important content of ecological civilization construction and an important technical support to solve current water problemsand an important grasp to implement the current water management work. Soil and water conservation is the core force to practice the system management of mountain, water, forest, lake and grass.关键词
