灵龟八法联合温胃贴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Linggui Bafa acupuncutre combined with Wenwei Paste in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) with yang-deficiency of Spleen and Kidney. Methods: 60 cases of IBS-D were randomized into the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with Linggui Bafa acupuncutre combined with Wenwei Paste;the control group was treated with Trimebutine Maleate Dispersible Tablets. The treatment duration was four weeks. The total effective rate, the stool property, and the quality of life were assessed by IBS bowel symptom severity scale (IBS-BSS), IBS defecation state questionnaire (IBS-DSQ), and IBS quality of life questionnaire (IBS-QOL) after the treatment. Results: The total improvement rate of IBS-BSS was 93. 3％ in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 76. 7％ in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05); the observation group was superior to the control group in each score and integral score of IBS-BSS (P ＜ 0. 05). The total effective rate of improving the stool property was 90. 0％ in the observation group, which was greatly higher than73. 3％ in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05); the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of daily times of defecation and the number of days for emergent defecation among 10 days (P ＜ 0. 05). The observation group was better than the control group in sleep status, energy improvement, daily exercise, daily social interaction, work impact and total IBS-QOL score (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Linggui Bafa acupuncutre combined with Wenwei Paste can relieve clinical symptom, improve defecation satisfaction and improve QOL of the patients in the treatment of IBS-D with yang-deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.关键词
