电针神经刺激疗法治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床研究
Clinical Study of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Treated by Electro-Acupuncture Nerve Stimulation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To assess the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture nerve stimulation for diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods: 46 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 23) and the control group (n = 23). The observation group was treated by electro-acupuncture nerve stimulation therapy (four points around sacrum); the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture (CV3, CV4, BL28, and BL32). The treatment was 45min/time, three times/day, 24 times in total. The clinical symptom scores, residual urine scores and urinary dynamics were used as observation indices. Results:The clinical symptom scores of the observation group was (10. 83 ± 5. 56), which was significantly lower than (17. 83 ± 5. 93) of the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). The residual urine scores of the observation group was (80. 38 ± 24. 91), which was significantly lower than (150. 63 ± 49. 93) of the control group (P ＜ 0. 05).There was also significant difference between the two groups in terms of urinary dynamics (P ＜ 0. 05). The clinical effective rate was 73. 91％ in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 34. 78％ in the control group (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture nerve stimulation can effectively adjust urine storage and urination in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder, it can also improve the life quality of the patients.关键词
