针刺足三里得气对脑功能活动影响的系统评价
Effect of Deqi When Needling ST36 on Brain Function: A Systematic Assessment

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the activated brain areas after needling Zusanli (ST36) in deqi (arrival of qi) state compared to that in resting state. Methods: Clinical trial literatures about different brain activity response after needling ST36 in deqi state and in resting state were systematically retrieved used fMRI as an observation index from 10 electronic databases and 5 clinical trial registration platforms. The voxel meta-analysis is carried out with the SDM software. Results: 10 literatures met the inclusion criteria, including 185 subjects. The results showed that five brain regions were more active after needling in deqi state. Conclusion: It is preliminarily believed that there are more activated brain areas in deqi state than the resting state after needling ST36, and the areas activated after deqi is related to the functional activities of ST36.关键词
