Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with fixed-point bonesetting in the treatment of abnormal cervical curvature. Methods: 60 cases of abnormal cervical curvature were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with fixed-point bonesetting therapy; the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with LONG's bonesetting therapy. The treatment was once per week for eight times. The VAS score and C value of Borden's measurement were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results: VAS score and C value were both improved after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05); of which the observation group improved more significantly than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). The curative effect of the observation group was 96. 67％, which was significantly higher than 76. 92％ of the control group ( P ＜0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with fixed-point bonesetting has a good effect on abnormal cervical curvature, it also can effectively improve the pain and discomfort of the neck and nape caused by the abnormal curvature of cervical vertebrae.关键词
