烧山火配合颈椎复位手法治疗颈性高血压疗效分析
Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Hypertension Treated by Restoration Manipulation of Cervical Vertebra Combined with Mountain Burning Fire Method

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of restoration manipulation of cervical vertebra combined with mountain burning fire method in the treatment of cervicogenic hypertension. Methods: 98 patients with cervicogenic hypertentsion were randomly divided into the observation group ( n = 49) and the control group ( n =49). The control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets; the observation group was treated with restoration manipulation of cervical vertebra combined with mountain burning fire method. After two courses of the treatment, the curative effect was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 75％, which was significantly higher than 85. 42％ of the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). By observing the changes of main signs and examination results before and after the treatment, the effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Restoration manipulation of cervical vertebra combined with mountain burning fire method is effective for cervicogenic hypertension.关键词
