Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of needle-warming moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: 100 cases of post-stroke spastic hemiplegia from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group ( n = 50) and the study group ( n = 50). The control group was treated with rehabilitation training;on which basis, the study group was also treated with needle-warming moxibustion. The scores of limb spasm, limb movement, daily living ability and nerve function defect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the efficiency rate of spasm state was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). Fugl-meyer scores, Barthel index scores, and CSS scores were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05); of which the study group improved more significantly than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Needle-warming moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training has good clinical curative effect on post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. It can alleviate the spasm state of upper limbs and lower limbs, and it can improve the limb movement function and daily life ability of the patients, as well as improve the CSS score. It has a high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
