针刺配合艾灸治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on allergic rhinitis.Methods: 78 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n = 39) and the control group ( n = 39). The treatment group was treated with needling Yingxiang ( LI20) -to-Shangyingxiang ( EX-HN8), Yintang ( EX-HN3), Fengchi ( GB20), Hegu ( LI4), Lieque ( LU7), and Zusanli ( ST36);points chosen for moxibustion were ZuSanli ( ST36), Feishu ( BL13), Pishu ( BL20), and Shenshu ( BL23).The control group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, interleukin-4 ( IL-4) and interleukin-5 ( IL-5) were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 94. 87％ in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 61. 53％ in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). The scores of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment ( P ＜ 0. 05). The levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.关键词
