针刀松解术联合电针治疗肩周炎的随机对照研究

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with electro-acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis and explore effective treatment plan for the disease. Methods: 123 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n = 62, acupotomy combined with electro-acupuncture) and the control group ( n = 61, electro-acupuncture). After 2 courses of normalized and continuous treatment, 120 cases met the criteria of curative effect, the scores of visual analogue scale ( VAS) and shoulder range of motion ( ROM), as well as clinical efficacy were recorded and compared in the two groups.Results: The VAS scores were significantly decreased in the two groups, of which the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 01). The ROM scores were significantly increased in the two groups, of which the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 67％, which was significantly higher than 63. 33％ of the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupotomy combined with electro-acupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of scapulohumeral periarthritis and improve the range of shoulder joint activity, which can be used as an effective treatment for the disease.关键词
