任督周天灸配合药酒灸治疗强直性脊柱炎性髋关节滑膜炎的临床研究
Moxibustion of Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel Combined with Medicinal Liquor Moxibustion Treating Transient Synovitis of AS: A Clinical Study

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion of Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel and common moxibustion, on the treatment basis of Sulfasalazine and Meloxicam, when treating transient synovitis of ankylosing spondylitis ( AS). Methods: 64 patients with transient synovitis of AS were randomly divided into the observation group ( n = 32) and the control group ( n = 32). Both groups were treated with Sulfasalazine Tablets and Meloxicam Tablets; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with moxibustion of Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel combined with medicinal liquor moxibustion; the control group was treated with common moxibustion on back and abdomen. Both groups were treated for four courses ( once a week, 2 hours for each time, 4 times for one course). Scores of Harris, ASDAS, BASFI, and VAS were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). The score improvements of Harris, ASDAS, BASFI and VAS were better in the observation group than those in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion: Based on the treatment of Sulfasalazine Tablets and Meloxicam Tablets, moxibustion of Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel combined with medicinal liquor moxibustion is effective for transient synovitis of AS, and its effect on the improvements of the scores of Harris, ASDAS, BASFI, and VAS were more significant than common moxibustion.关键词
