针刺治疗原发性抑郁症选穴组方规律分析
Regularity Analysis of Points Selection in the Acupuncture Treatment of Primary Depression

Abstract
Objective: To explore the regularity of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of primary depression based on TCM heritage support platform ( V2. 5), so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment.Methods: Acupoint prescriptions treating primary depression were retrieved from CNKI ( Jan. 1, 2000-Jan. 5, 2018), VIP ( 1989-Jan. 5, 2018), and Wanfang ( unlimited-2018. 1. 5), and the information was entered into the TCM heritage support platform. The data collection method of software integration and cluster analysis was used to analyze the rules of selecting points. Results: 214 acupoint prescriptions were entered, in which Baihui ( GV20), Yintang ( EX-HN3) and Neiguan ( PC6) were points used with frequency of more than 100 times. The first three meridians with highest frequency were Governor Vessel, Pericardium meridian and Liver meridian. The main points used were crossing points, five-shu acupoints, and yuan-source acupoints. The combination of GV20 and EX-HN3 has the highest frequency. Five new prescriptions were obtained by clustering analysis. Conclusion: Acupuncture treating primary depression is through regulating related organs and meridians, activating qi and blood, balancing yin and yang. In this study, the TCM heritage support platform is an important auxiliary tool for mining and analyzing the rules of acupuncture and acupoint selection. The selection of acupoints and the rule of points prescription can provide reference for the clinical treatment of primary depression.关键词
