针刺治疗脑梗死后视觉障碍临床研究进展
Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture Treating Vision Disorder after Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
There were more and more clinical reports about acupuncture treating vision disorder, especially diplopia and visual field defect after cerebral infarction. This study summarized the current clinical commonly used acupuncture treatment through reviewing the literatures, it summed up the points used more are around eyes, neck, and nape; scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and Chinese medication, and rehabilitation are often applied to treat diplopia and visual field defect after cerebral infarction, in order to improve the curative effect. According to the literature analysis, the curative effect of acupuncture treatment was higher than conventional medication, which mechanism may be related to improving blood supply of local eyes, posterior circulation of brainstem, and occipital lobe, promoting the recovery of visual function.关键词
