Abstract

At present, there are many problems in secondary vocational schools, such as"professional teachers feel difficult to work in enterprises, enterprise masters are difficult to employ""school hot while enterprise less popular"and so on.Therefore, to create a"Double Tutorial"teaching team is a difficult problem to implement the modern apprenticeship system.Yinzhou Vocational Education Center School has built a"Double Tutorial system"teaching team suitable for modern apprenticeship talents training by building a platform for school-enterprise collaborative education and forming a long-term mechanism, which can provide reference for other vocational schools.
