Abstract
American online higher education plays an important role in the higher education system. The American online higher education certification system guarantees the quality of American online higher education. Today, with the rapid development of information technology, online higher education is still in the development stage in China, and the guarantee system related to the quality of online education still needs to be improved.This research mainly studies the development background, certification system and characteristics of the network higher education certification system from the perspective of comparative research. It is concluded that the US network higher education certification system has"reasonable power distribution and flexible system implementation"."Institutional level is distinct, the certification body is diversified", "certification institution professional, attach importance to education meta-evaluation"and other characteristics, and draws enlightenment to the construction of China's network higher education certification system, including"enhance quality awareness, improve quality assurance system", "Encourage multiparty participation, develop intermediaries"and"refine the certification standards and assign weights reasonably".关键词
