职业院校旅行社专业校内生产性实训基地建设模式、问题与对策
The Construction Model, Problems and Measures of Productive Training Base of Travel Service Major at Vocational Colleges

Abstract
The construction of productive training base at vocational colleges is an effective way for vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises in training travel service talents.According to the sources of investment and the closeness of cooperation between the school and enterprise, the construction of productive training bases at vocational colleges can be divided into"dominant"single-run mode, "compact"school-enterprise cooperation mode and"leasing"lead-in mode at present.From the aspect of construction effect, it is found that the cost of the school-run mode is too high, the operating efficiency of the enterprise-owned mode is poor and the"teaching"and"teaching"and"leasing"lead-in mode are poor.There are some problems such as the unbalanced coupling of production functions and the absence of effective management mechanism.In view of the existing problems, specific measures are put forward from the aspects of seeking mutual benefit and win-win result between schools and enterprises, establishing Cost-Sharing Mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, realizing the resonance of"teaching"and"production"functions and carrying out"enterprising"management in accordance with the market model, so as to realize the goal of effective operation, mutual benefit and win-win result of school-enterprise cooperative construction of productive training base for travel service major.关键词
