Abstract
Since the reform and opening up in China, international exchanges and cooperation have been carried out in vocational education and the pattern of cross-border education cooperation and communication with different levels can be seen.With the entry of China into the WTO and the proposals of accelerating the development of modern vocational education and the Belt and Road Initiative, it is necessary to consider three issues from the perspective of the international development of economy and society and education management.First, accelerating the international development strategies of modern vocational education.Second, providing personnel support in higher vocational education for the economic development in China.Third, tackling the problem of weak international competence of talents in higher vocational education.关键词
