Abstract
Using the data on the annual employment quality of 2015 and 2016 graduates of 18 vocational colleges in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou-Nanjing-Nantong region of Jiangsu province, this paper explores the employment rate, the flow of employment areas, the nature of employment units and the employment orientation. The comparison and trend analysis of the employment status of the two graduates provide an important reference for the reform of the vocational education system and the improvement of the training system.关键词
