Abstract
Based on the vibration mechanism and vibration transmission of the oil immersed transformers, this paper studies the feasibility of testing the vibration of the oil tank wall to identify the working state of the transformers. To overcome the shortcomings of the commonly used vibration intensity in fault diagnosis, the ODS (Operational Deflection Shapes) method of quantitative RAC criterion is introduced. To validate this method, a fault mode of falling coil block is designed. Modal test shows that after the coil block falling, the natural frequencies of the first 4 orders of the coil are decreased by 10 %, which shows that the ODS method is effective in the status identification of the transformers.关键词
