摘要

Abstract

Different concentration gradients of NaCl and Na2SO4 were applied to stress treatment of the maize inbred lines DK516 parent at germination stage and growth stage to identify the salt resistance of the parent of DK516. The results showed that, except for the germination rate, other indexes including germination potential, germ length, germ fresh weight, germ dry weight, germ water content, germination index, vitality index, seedling rate, plant height and biomass were all significantly decreased with the increase of salt concentration. The comprehensive performance is that the salt tolerance of DK516♀ is better than that of DK516♂. The above-ground part of the parent of DK516 is more sensitive to salt stress than the underground part. The root system of DK516♂ is more developed than that of DK516♀, and it is preliminarily inferred that DK516♂ is relatively good at resistance lodging. However, this inference is subject to further verification by field test.
