摘要
Abstract
In tobacco rating, oil is further divided into oil luminance which is defined as sensory attributes factor. Then reference sample of oil luminance is made and its level is classified into 7 levels, which were strong, stronger, slightly strong, moderately strong, slightly weak, weaker and weak. Friedman test shows that there are significant differences among different scales of oil brightness reference sample, which could be used to classify tobacco leaf intuitively and achieve repeatability. Oil brightness could be used as a sensory attribute factor in tobacco leaf rating.关键词
