Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching technique in the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain. Methods 50 patients with sacroiliac joint pain from April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (n=25) and the control group (n=25). Patients in the observation group were treated with Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching, while those in the control group were given Mulligan skill. The Oswestry Dysfunction Index (ODI) and Pain Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were used to assess the low back function and pain in each group before and 2 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment 2 weeks, the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching technique is significant in the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain.关键词
