Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinmupei combined with uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa with cesarean section. Methods A total of 88 patients with placenta previa cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group according to computer table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Xinmupei. The patients in the study group were treated with Xinmupai combined with uterine cavity filling. The operation time, hospitalization time, blood transfusion volume and postpartum hemorrhage volume of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding, the amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those of the control group. And the blood transfusion volume in the study group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with placenta previa cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage, Xinmupei combined with uterine cavity filling has significant effect, which can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in patients and stop bleeding quickly.关键词
