Abstract
Objective To perform ultrasound-guided rectus abdominis block anesthesia in puerperas with various highrisk diseases who underwent cesarean section, and to explore the efficacy of anesthesia in order to gain clinical results.Methods 80 puerperas with high-risk disease in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were randomly divided into ultrasound-guided rectus abdominis anesthesia group (observation group) and local anesthesia group (control group), with 40 cases in each group. The anesthetic effects of the two groups of puerperas before the fetus was taken out, the Apgar scores at 1 minute, 5 and 10 th minutes after fetus was born and the postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The anesthesia effect of the two groups was compared before the fetus was taken out.The excellent rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 92.5％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (45.0％), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the Apgar scores at 1 minute, 5 and 10 th minutes after fetus was born (P>0.05). And the difference in postoperative compli cations was not significantly significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided rectus abdominis block anesthesia is more effective than local anesthesia in cesarean section, which has few postoperative complications and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical work.关键词
