腰椎退行性疾病患者腰椎融合术后的"爱心访"延伸服务
Application of extended service based on"Loving Care " nursing for patients undergoing lumbar interbody fusion for the lumbar degenerative disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of extended service based on"Loving Care " nursing for patients undergoing lumbar interbody fusion(LIF) for the lumbar degenerative disease(LDD). Methods Totally 38 LDD patients undergoing LIF between May 2016 and April 2017 were included as the control group, another 40 LDD patients undergoing LIF between May 2017 and April 2018 were enrolled as the observation group. The routine nurse-led telephone follow -up was conducted in the control group, and the extended service based on"Loving Care"responsible nursing was carried out in the observation group. The lumbar function, anxiety status, compliance and satisfactory of patients after discharge form hospital were evaluate by using Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-made questionnaires, respectively. Results At 1 and 3 months after discharge form hospital, patients in the observation group had lower scores of ODI and SAS compared with those in the control group(P ＜ 0. 01). There was a better patient compliance with rehabilitation interventions in the observation group than that in the control group(P ＜ 0. 01). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the service during follow-up compared with those the control group (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion The extended service based on"Loving Care "responsible nursing is effective to improve the postoperative rehabilitation of LDD patients undergoing LIF.关键词
