摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of using quality control circle(QCC) to improve the compliance with auricular points sticking-pressing and Kegel exercises in patients after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods The QCC management tools were used to analyze the influential factors of compliance with auricular points sticking-pressing and Kegel exercises, and corresponding measures were carried. Results The compliance rates was increased 24. 00％ (12 /50) before implementation of QCC activities to 94. 00％ (47 /50) after After implementation of QCC activities. Members of QCC groups had enhanced their own confidence, QCC management ability, teamwork spirit, sense of honor, communication skills and professional knowledge level. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool to improve the compliance with auricular points sticking-pressing and Kegel exercises in patients after PPH.关键词
