Optimization of Extraction Process for Epimedium Polysaccharide by Uniform Design Method
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Epimedium polysaccharide (EPS). Methods: The effects of liquid-material ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times on polysaccharides extraction yields were investigated by uniform design method. The result was analyzed and the extracting process was optimized. Results: The optimized conditions were as follows: extracted 3 times with 25 times the amount of water at 90 ℃ and each for 140 min. The yield was 1. 09％. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process of EPS is stable and feasible, which could provide experimental basis for further research and development.关键词
