京大戟的化学成分和药理作用研究概述
Progress in Chemical and Pharmacological Research of Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr
摘要
Abstract
Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr. is a perennial herb which belongs to genus Euphorbia (Euphorbiaceae). The dried root, named by Jing Daji, used as a traditional Chinese medicine, mainly contains terpenoids, flavonoids, tannins, phenolic acids, etc. As a poisonous medicinal plant, E. pekinensis shows active effects, like anti-cancer, diuresis, anti-inflammatory effects. It has been widely used clinically for the treatment of hydrothorax caused by various diseases. It's the hotspot of both chemists and clinical reasearchers in resent years. The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of E. pekinensis are summarized in this review according to literatures home and abroad from 1996 till now.关键词
