蜈蚣草二萜类化学成分及其抗炎活性
Diterpenes from Pteris vittata and Their Anti-inflammatory Activity

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical components from Pteris vittata and their anti-inflammation ability.Methods:Pteris vittata was extracted with 95% ethanol to give extract, which was extracted by organic solvent.The EtOAc extract was isolated and purified by various column chromatographies.The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by NMR spectra data.The anti-inflammation activity of the compounds were further evaluated by lipopolysaccharide induced RAW264.7 cell inflammatory response.Results:Six compounds were obtained from EtOAc extract, and their structures were identified as ent-3β-hydroxy-kaur-16-ene (1), ent-3β-acetoxy-kaur-16-ene (2), 13-[ (2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-oxy]ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), 13-[ (2-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) oxy]ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid 2-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), crotonkinin C (5) and crotonkinin D (6);The in vitro anti-inflammation experiments showed that Compounds 1 and 2 have strong inhibitory effects on the generation of NO, and the IC50 values are 9.5 and 8.3 μmol·L-1, respectively.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from P.vittata for the first time.Compounds 1 and 2 had significant inhibition on lipopolysaccharide induced RAW264.7 cell inflammatory response.关键词
