Abstract

Objective:To analyze the volatile components in different parts of Morus alba L..Methods:HS-SPME and (GC-MS) was used to extract and analyze the volatile constituents in different parts of M.alba.Results:23 peaks were detected from Mori folium, 19 components were identified, accounting for 87.11% of volatile components.15 peaks were detected from Mori Ramulus, 13 components were identified, accounting for 83.57% of volatile components.21 peaks were detected from Mori Cortex, 16 components were identified, accounting for 90.37% of volatile components.13 peaks were detected from Mori Fructus, 10 components were identified, accounting for 82.65% of volatile components.Mori Folium, Mori Ramulus, Mori Cortex and Mori Fructus have 4 common volatile components of caproaldehyde, 1-octen-3-ol, 6-Methyl-5-hepten-2-one and 1-nonanal.Conclusion:Mori Folium, Mori Ramulus, Mori Cortex and Mori Fructus are different in volatile components and contents, and their main pharmacological effects are different, so the different medicinal parts of M.alba cannot be used as substitutes in clinical application.At the same time, the study provides a reference for further study of mulberry resources.
