基于GC-MS技术对甘肃陇南大红袍花椒挥发油柠檬烯 芳樟醇含量的测定
Determination of Limonene and Linalool in Volatile Oil of Dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Longnan by GC-MS

Abstract
Objective:To establish a rapid and sensitive detection method for the determination of limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum bungeanum, and provide a research method for the quality control of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan.Methods:The volatile oil of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan was extracted by steam distillation.And it's limonene and linalool were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass.Hexane is used as a thinner.Results:The content of limonene in Dahongpao Z.bungeanum was 0.37%±0.04%, and the content of linalool is 1.07%±0.16%.Conclusion:The GC-MS method established in this paper is sensitive, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control and chemical composition determination of Dahongpao Z.bungeanum in Longnan.关键词
