Abstract

Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Xintongning capsule by Box-Behnken response surface method.Methods:On the basis of single factor test results, salvianolic acid B content, total polysaccharide content and extract yield were evaluated, extraction times, extraction time, soaking time and the amount of water added to the water extraction process were selected as the main factors.Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the experiment.The optimal water extraction process was obtained by fitting the results of quadratic polynomial model.Results:The optimal water extraction process was as follows:11 times of water, soaking for 130 mins, and then reflux extraction for 3 times, 60 mins each time.Conclusion:The water extraction process of Xintongning capsule established by Box-Behnken response surface method is stable and feasible, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent industrial production.
