跨境电商保税仓库拣货策略研究

Abstract
There are many kinds of goods and the quantities are unstable in the orders of cross-border e-commerce. In view of the characteristics, the picking process of cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouses is analyzed and opti-mized. The dynamic time window picking strategy is adopted, and the picking model of cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouse is established based on the optimization of warehouse picking path. Finally, the method is applied to a company’s cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouse management system, and good expected results are achieved.关键词
