摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of low output voltage and large switching loss in a common boost converter,a novel ze?ro voltage turn-off(ZVT)high gain DC/DC converter is proposed in this paper. First,the working modes in one working cycle under different conditions are analyzed. Then,the performance characteristics of the proposed converter are ana?lyzed,and the voltage gain ratio and the voltage and current stresses of the switching diode are calculated. Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed scheme effectively improves the input and output gains of the converter as well as its operating efficiency;moreover,the voltage and current stresses of the switch tube are effectively reduced. Finally,an 800 W experimental prototype was used to verify and analyze the corresponding loss,which proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
