电针对急性脑梗死大鼠肾功能的影响
Effects of electroacupuncture on renal injury in rats with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture treatment on renal injury in rats with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods:Seventy-two male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups (n =24 in each):sham-operated group,model group and electroacupuncture group.The rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model for ischaemic stroke was established in model group and electroacupuncture group.The electroacupuncture group rats received electroacupuncture at acupoints of Neiguan (PC6) and Zusanli (ST36) daily 30 min after 24 h of model establishment for 2 weeks.On the first,third,seventh and fourteenth day after operation,6 rats from each group were randomly selected.The motor function was evaluated by footstep errors test.The creatinine (Cr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and cystatin C (Cys C) in the serum were detected.Morphological changes of kidneys were evaluated by Masson staining.Results:The behavioral score and the serum levels of Cr,BUN and Cys C in the electroacupuncture group were markedly lower than those in the model group on the 7th and 14th day post-operation (P < 0.05),whereas no significant difference was noted in behavioral score and serum Cr and BUN contents on the first and third day between the two groups (P>0.05).On days 7 and 14 after operation,there was a significant reduction in collagen deposition in renal tubular interstitium of ACI rats with electroacupuncture treatment.Spearman's correlation coefficient analysis demonstrated that the behavioral score was closely associated with the serum Cr,BUN and Cys C levels in ACI rats (P <0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Neiguan could improve both motor function and renal function in rats with ACI.关键词
