Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention based on behavior transformation theory in scar uterus women with vaginal delivery. Methods From December 2015 to October 2017, 96 pregnant women with scar uterus were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the filing time, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the study group was given the holistic nursing intervention based on the theory of behavior transformation on the basis of the control group. The changes of depression (SDS), anxiety score (SAS), duration of labor, amount of hemorrhage in the process of labor , spontaneous delivery rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The success rate of vaginal delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The duration of labor and amount of hemorrhage in the process of labor in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the SDS score and SAS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention of behavioral change theory can significantly improve the success rate of vaginal delivery in women with scar uterus, reduce maternal anxiety and depression, reduce the amount of bleeding in the delivery process, promote the process of delivery and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.关键词
